NEW PA Inspection legislation

Pennsylvania State Senator Elder A. Vogel (R-47) is planning to re-introduce his 2013 legislation, Senate Bill 332 (see text below), attacking Pennsylvania’s motor vehicle emissions inspection program by reducing the number of emission inspections for a vehicle.
